As an English-speaking expat who’s navigated the relocation journey himself, first in Brazil and now rooted in Uruguay, Michael brings a wealth of firsthand experience to every client interaction. Before moving to Uruguay, Michael was a full-time real estate investor in Canada, managing and transacting properties for his personal portfolio. That background gave him a sharp eye for value and a deep respect for capital preservation, qualities that continue to shape his work today. With over 12 years in the real estate industry, he’s earned a reputation for identifying fairly priced properties that support both lifestyle and long-term flexibility.
